Stanley Consultants is looking for a Building Assistant to provide maintenance services throughout the inside and outside of Stanley Consultantâ€™s properties.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Valid driverâ€™s license
Ability to work independently and with others

Responsibilities

Maintain company property by watering foliage, picking up litter, clearing walkways, etc.
Set up conference meeting areas
Delivering large packages and supplies
Ordering/purchase general supplies
Relocation of equipment, supplies, and furnishings involved in office moves
Perform building construction, maintenance, and repairs as necessary
Maintain HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing
Maintain building security systems along with responding to security and safety issues
Other duties as assigned
