About The Position

Stanley Consultants is looking for a Building Assistant to provide maintenance services throughout the inside and outside of Stanley Consultant’s properties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and with others

Responsibilities

• Maintain company property by watering foliage, picking up litter, clearing walkways, etc.
• Set up conference meeting areas
• Delivering large packages and supplies
• Ordering/purchase general supplies
• Relocation of equipment, supplies, and furnishings involved in office moves
• Perform building construction, maintenance, and repairs as necessary
• Maintain HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing
• Maintain building security systems along with responding to security and safety issues
• Other duties as assigned
