Building and Facilities Maintenance Technician

About The Position

Enmarket is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to service its retail locations. The role involves a range of maintenance and repair activities, including minor carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work. Equipment maintained includes HVAC systems, air compressors, tire inflation units, commercial car vacuum cleaners, and interior and exterior lighting. The technician manages, prioritizes, and completes dispatched service calls, with support from the Nouria Maintenance Manager for call prioritization and ordering maintenance supplies. The position performs general repairs and maintenance safely and efficiently and requires a high level of professionalism. Flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance calls outside business hours is required. A company work truck will be provided.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
At least 3 years of experience in construction trades or facility management.
Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
