About The Position

Ready to take your sales leadership to the next level in one of the country’s fastest-growing homebuilding markets? We’re looking for a Builder Sales Manager who knows the Dallas–Fort Worth landscape and thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and driving measurable growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the homebuilding industry.
  • Strong network and market knowledge in the DFW area.
  • Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts.
  • Confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to grow territory revenue and expand existing accounts.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities with homebuilders using tailored, high-impact presentations.
  • Build strong partnerships across all levels – from field teams to executive leadership.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, economic shifts, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
  • Represent our brand in the local builder community through industry events and associations.
