About The Position

Marco Company is seeking a detail-oriented Builder to join their team. This role involves various hands-on tasks related to product assembly, material handling, and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be able to follow instructions, work in a team, and adapt to different roles within the facility.

Requirements

Previous experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to read, listen, understand, and follow directions.
Ability to work in a variety of roles.
Able to work overtime as needed.
Prolonged periods standing and walking.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Withstand repetitive bending, overhead reaching, stooping/squatting/kneeling/grasp objects/manipulate objects.
Must be able to work in a varying temperature in a warehouse environment.
Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Pays attention to detail.
Ability to read simple blueprints.
Must be able to use measuring devices with accuracy.
May load/unload, lift, and move material.
Sands, assembles, cuts, glues, and sprays various products.
Use of powered hand and table tools may be required (cordless/electric drills, miter saw, nail guns, powered sanders air and electric).
May be trained to act as forklift operator to assist with material movement.
Reports any issues to supervisor or higher-level employee.
Following instructions based on work instructions.
Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
Performs any other duties assigned by management.
