About The Position

This role involves various hands-on tasks in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. The Builder is responsible for assembling, preparing, and moving materials and products, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to instructions and safety policies. The position requires the ability to work in different roles and adapt to varying work conditions.

Requirements

Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to read, listen, understand, and follow directions.
Ability to work in a variety of roles.
Able to work overtime as needed.
Previous experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Pays attention to detail.
Ability to read simple blueprints.
Must be able to use measuring devices with accuracy.
May load/unload, lift, and move material.
Sands, assembles, cuts, glues, and sprays various products.
Use of powered hand and table tools may be required (cordless/electric drills, miter saw, nail guns, powered sanders air and electric).
May be trained to act as forklift operator to assist with material movement.
Reports any issues to supervisor or higher-level employee.
Following instructions based on work instructions.
Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
Performs any other duties assigned by management.
