Requirements
- Multidisciplinary builder.
- Bias towards action and ships on Day 1.
- Not precious about ideas, but has a lot of them.
- Driven by speed, impact, and pace of growth.
- Excited to find out what work looks like in the future.
Responsibilities
- Ship things on day one, and your work will have an immediate and trackable impact.
- Rotate around the innards of our rapidly growing startup, solving different scopes of problems with different types of execution.
- Act with high amounts of agency and rarely ask for permission.
- Do anything and everything to turn ideas into reality.
- Talk to people, draw out designs, and push code.
- Solve real problems both internal and customer facing.
- Work directly with a huge variety of people at all levels of the organization.
