About The Position

Builder Experience (BX for short) is a little bit of: customer service, project management, experience design and all things Builders! Our goal on the BX Team is to help our Builder’s know “We’ve got you, and something big is coming”. We focus on proactively giving our customers information to prepare them for their trip while creating an experience where they feel the HXP magic well before they board the plane! A member of the BX team is Detail oriented Hard working Effective Communicator Builder Obsessed Professional Multitasker Tech Savvy Problem Solver Comfortable with a fast-paced environment As a member of the BX team you are the Builder's first impression of HXP. We are looking for someone who can be patient, professional, personable, and help solve problems for our Builders.

Responsibilities

Assist Builders in preparation for their trip, communicating with them via phone calls and emails
Create personalized touchpoints, “Legends”, for our Builders
Become an expert on a Region of HXP trip and help write and communicate information about the trips to the Builders
Review Builders' pre-trip prep materials to ensure they are correct and ready to go
Host “Expos” to help Parents and Builders prepare for their HXP Trip
