About The Position

We’re looking for a Builder (End-to-End Owner). This is a hands-on individual-contributor builder role — no people/team management. The role involves owning assigned problems end-to-end, from discovering the need with stakeholders, writing specifications, building solutions with AI coding agents, testing, deploying, and operating them in production without developer handoff. The Builder will create and ship internal tools and applications (front-end, backend, data) on the CC platform to automate manual tasks and enhance Sales Mind/onboarding outcomes. This role requires defining requirements, making product decisions, forming hypotheses, validating with users, and transforming ambiguous requests into concrete, testable specifications. The individual will drive their own delivery and reporting, maintain a personal cadence, track progress with metrics, provide quantified status updates, and analyze data to inform next steps. Production discipline is key, including staged rollouts, tests, rollback plans, and documentation.

Requirements

Proven track record of shipping working software end-to-end using AI coding tools (e.g. Claude / agentic dev / Cursor / Copilot) — a portfolio of things you personally built and shipped. A traditional CS/engineering background is not required
Strong product & ownership instinct: turns vague problems into validated specs, decides scope, prioritises, owns the outcome
Enough full-stack range to direct AI and unblock it: can read and iterate on front-end (e.g. React) and backend (e.g. Python/SQL), deploy, and debug when the AI gets stuck
Analytical rigour: works from live data, quantifies, chases root cause, refuses dirty/unverified data
Self-directed delivery and clear written communication; manages stakeholders calmly under pressure
Bias to build their own tooling rather than wait for IT/dev

Responsibilities

Own assigned problems end-to-end — discover the need with stakeholders, write the spec, build the solution with AI coding agents, test it, deploy it, and operate it in production, with no developer handoff

Operate with production discipline: staged rollouts, tests, rollback plans, and documentation so others can run what you built
