About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Build and Release Engineer to manage, automate, and optimize software build, deployment, and release processes. The role collaborates with development, DevOps, and operations teams to support reliable, scalable, and efficient software delivery. It involves working with Linux environments, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.

Requirements

• 3–9 years of experience in Build Engineering, Release Engineering, or DevOps.
• Hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems and containerization.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation using Terraform.
• Understanding of software release management and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant DevOps and cloud certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated build and release pipelines.
• Manage CI/CD workflows for continuous integration and deployment.
• Configure and maintain Linux-based development and production environments.
• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker.
• Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform.
• Monitor application performance and deployment reliability.
• Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, and production incidents.
• Implement release management and version control processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to improve deployment efficiency.
• Maintain build documentation and automation standards.
