Jerry Seiner Las Vegas is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Buick GMC Sales Consultant with at least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry to join our award-winning sales team. This onsite role places you at the heart of a fast-paced, customer-focused dealership representing two of the most respected brands in the automotive industry. Earn $48,000-$120,000+ annually , with unlimited earning potential based on your performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Previous automotive sales experience strongly preferred.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Comfortable learning and using technology and CRM systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best Buick or GMC vehicle.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct engaging test drives.
• Build value and effectively present vehicles to customers.
• Present financing, protection, and ownership options when appropriate.
• Manage the delivery process to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities using CRM tools.
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.
