About The Position

JARS Cannabis is seeking entry-level candidates with a passion for customer service and open availability to join their EL Mirage team. The company is willing to train individuals with customer service experience from retail or food service backgrounds on cannabis and offers opportunities for growth in the industry. The role involves providing assistance and recommendations on cannabis products, creating a positive atmosphere, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary.

Requirements

Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude.
Open availability: able to work morning and evening shifts and holidays with no restraints on your schedule!
Able to work a MINIMUM of 30 hours each week.
High School Diploma/GED.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
Comfortable using a computer for the duration of the shift.
Willingness to learn and self-educate about cannabis trends and products.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
Basic math skills and computer knowledge.
Ability to move and lift at least 50 lbs.
Personal smartphone required. For iPhone IOS 14 or later and Android OS 4.4 or later are required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Pass a standard background check.
Undergo a fingerprint background check.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience from places like Starbucks, Target, or other retail and food service-oriented positions.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly assistance and recommendations on cannabis products to patients and customers.
Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both new and returning clientele.
Develop sales and customer service skills with on-the-job training.
Ensure cleanliness and organization within the dispensary.
Complete tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently.
