Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally.
• Educate guests about cannabis products, including strains, effects, consumption methods, and wellness benefits.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and in compliance with local and state regulations.
• Keep displays stocked and product presentations fresh.
• Stay informed about new product releases and cannabis trends.
• Help foster a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for guests.
• Provide feedback to the team to improve service and product offerings.
• Upsell premium products and limited-edition items by explaining their benefits and value.
• Cross-sell complementary products.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through recommendations and customer engagement.
• Promote store promotions, bundles, and loyalty programs to increase customer basket size.
