Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age or older (as required by state law).
Previous customer service experience, preferably in retail or a cannabis-related field.
Strong knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, consumption methods, and effects (or a strong willingness to learn).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of customers.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be able to pass a background check (as required by state law).
Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and register transactions.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
