Position Summary: HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Budget Analyst (Project Management Analyst 3) to join our team in Mary Esther, Florida. The Budget Analyst will provide financial oversight and ensure the efficient execution of task orders and delivery order projects. The ideal candidate will provide financial solutions, ensuring that budgets, schedules, and deliverables align with project requirements. Active DoD clearance required. This role requires analytical and organizational skills to plan and coordinate activities associated with assigned projects. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, producing clear and effective documentation while ensuring that high-quality products and services are delivered on time. Requirements

6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
Familiarity with financial concepts, practices, and cost-control procedures within a technical program environment.
Ability to plan, execute, and monitor financial aspects of multiple projects.
Strong knowledge of budgeting principles, forecasting, and financial risk mitigation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear financial reports and recommendations.
Active DoD Secret level clearance.

Responsibilities
