GUARANTEED PAY INCRESES Raise after your first 30 days Additional raises every 90 days Earn approximately $1.20 more per hour within your first 90 days SHIFT OPPORTUNITIES: 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM +$0.75/hour shift premium 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM+$1.00/hour shift premium PAID TRAINING We believe in developing our employees. As an Order Setup Operator (Adjuster), you'll play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently by: Setting up envelope folding machines for production orders Operating all machines within the department Configuring equipment to customer specifications Troubleshooting mechanical issues Performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs Ensuring quality standards and production efficiency

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
• Manufacturing or production machine setup experience OR Automotive, diesel, fleet, industrial maintenance, or mechanic experience
• A willingness to learn and grow through hands-on training
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
• Manual dexterity
• Strong initiative
• Team player
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals is required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Manufacturing experience preferred.
