About The Position
Primarily responsible for ensuring compliance with Title 31 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Minimum of two to five years' experience in Compliance area required.
- Must possess effective communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Must be extremely numbers oriented.

Responsibilities
- Directly supervise the activities of Compliance associates.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Interviewing, hiring, and training associates.
- Planning, assigning, and directing work.
- Appraising performance.
- Rewarding and disciplining associates.
- Addressing complaints, resolving problems, and terminating employment.
