The Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior BSA Manager to serve as a key deputy to the BSA Officer in managing the Bank’s BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program. This role is instrumental in executing the day-to-day operations of the program, including transaction monitoring, investigations, regulatory reporting, and audit coordination. Working in close partnership with the BSA Officer, the Senior BSA Manager will lead and mentor the BSA team, ensuring consistent performance, professional development, and alignment with regulatory expectations. This role will oversee system administration, data integrity, and quality control processes, while also guiding staff through risk assessments and customer due diligence activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong regulatory expertise, analytical acumen, and a collaborative leadership style to support and empower BSA personnel and drive operational excellence across the department.
