Requirements

• At least 1–3 years of marine brush and roll painting experience.
• Experience with epoxy and non-epoxy coatings.
• Knowledge of surface preparation and power tool operation.
• Ability to wear required respiratory protection.
• Physical capability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and squat.
• Availability to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and using power tools.
• Apply epoxy and non-epoxy coatings using brushes and rollers.
• Maintain proper coating thickness according to job specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures and requirements.
• Work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and active shipyard environments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
