About The Position

The Senior Representative, Brokerage Operations will be expected to deliver world class service to internal and external clients by settling their trade and transfer obligations timely and accurately while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. The associate will utilize internal as well as external systems and partner with various departments to settle FED related transactions. Responsibilities will include reviewing and processing exceptions and other tasks associated with FED Settlements.

Requirements

• College degree preferred
• 2+ years of relevant settlement experience
• Knowledge of FED settlement systems (Bank of New York, JP Morgan, CITI Bank) preferred
• Understanding of industry regulations
• Attention to details while being efficient and effective
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners
• Highly motivated with the ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of FED settlement systems (Bank of New York, JP Morgan, CITI Bank)
