About The Position

Windermere Real Estate is seeking a motivated, people-focused Broker to join its collaborative team. The Broker advises clients and guides them through the home buying or selling process, assessing their needs and recommending suitable real estate solutions. The role involves analyzing property values, preparing and managing transaction documents, maintaining listings, and marketing residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors. Applicants must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.

Requirements

Be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
Have a proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry.
Have a friendly, outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
Have strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Have basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutions.
Conduct comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, leases, closing statements, and other required documents in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Maintain and regularly update property listings.
Present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors.
