About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to deliver friendly, high-energy customer service in a fast-paced coffee shop. Broistas greet customers, build genuine connections, help customers explore the menu, and prepare high-quality drinks while keeping pace with steady customer flow. The role calls for a positive, adaptable, team-oriented person committed to reliability and ongoing growth.

The work is physically demanding and involves being on your feet and moving quickly for shifts of up to 10 hours. Broistas maintain a tidy workspace and follow food safety standards, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and may push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds. Reliable transportation is needed to attend scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests.

Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay, plus average tips of $5.75 per hour; tip averages are not guaranteed and may vary.
