About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Broista to deliver friendly, high-energy customer service and prepare drinks in a busy shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them choose from the menu, making quality drinks efficiently, and maintaining a clean workspace while following food safety standards. Broistas work closely with their crew and represent Dutch Bros’ values of kindness, teamwork, and community involvement. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position that requires spending extended periods on your feet and being prepared to work in varying weather conditions. Shifts may last up to 10 hours. The company provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests. Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay, plus tips; the stated average of $5.75 per hour in tips is not guaranteed and is based on 2025 reporting.
