About The Position

We are looking for a Broiler Cook to join our team at The Saint! The Saint experience focuses on fresh pasta, dry-aged steaks, and options for vegetarians and vegans.

Requirements

  • Must have Food Handler Safety Card.
  • Must be able to assist with cleaning projects.
  • Braise & grill meat, vegetables, and other food with high degree of skill.
  • Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
  • Minimum one-year upscale restaurant experience required.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the quality of food items.
  • Cook and plate all food according to recipe specifications.
  • Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
  • Restock station when necessary.
  • Assist another station when necessary.
  • Handle and store food products correctly, FIFO.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels by tracking, labeling, and replacing ingredients as needed.
  • Communicate with Chef to ensure food is made correctly and in a timely manner.
  • All other duties as assigned.
