About The Position

Marbled & Fin is expanding from its celebrated Charleston roots to downtown Savannah as the concept's second location, joining The Neighborhood Dining Group portfolio (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and The James). Known for its vibrant energy and modern approach to the steakhouse, Marbled & Fin creates a lively yet polished setting for both everyday dining and special celebrations. Team members will be part of bringing this exciting new restaurant to Savannah, offering premium cuts of beef, the highest quality seafood, and expansive wine list, and a standout whiskey and spirits collection.

Requirements

  • Must have experience working with a Broiler
  • 2+ year of experience in a high-volume, high-quality kitchen
  • Focused, dependable, and driven to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a team-first mindset
  • Committed to excellence in technique, cleanliness, and communication

  • Execute dishes with precision, speed, and attention to detail
  • Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station throughout service
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience
  • Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
