About The Position
Bartlett Electric Cooperative, Inc. is looking for an experienced Broadband Plant Foreman to lead field crews in the construction, maintenance, and operation of their fiber optic network. This role involves leading, training, and supervising crews, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating work, performing fiber installation and maintenance, communicating with stakeholders, and responding to outages. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Class A CDL
- Extensive experience in fiber optic construction, maintenance and supervision
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, coach, and supervise broadband construction and/or maintenance crews
- Ensure strict compliance with safety policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Coordinate daily work assignments and prioritize projects
- Participate in fiber installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and restoration activities
- Communicate with customers, property owners, and internal teams professionally
- Respond to outages and participate in on-call rotation as needed
