About The Position

Blythe Development is seeking an experienced Bridge Foreman to lead bridge construction crews and oversee daily field operations. This role monitors construction progress, coordinates labor and resources, promotes compliance with safety and quality standards, and reports project updates to construction leadership and clients. The Bridge Foreman is accountable for crew performance and the quality and timeliness of completed work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support bridge construction crews in achieving project goals, production targets, and deadlines.
• Assign work, explain job responsibilities, and provide clear direction to crew members.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Assess crew performance and recommend changes to work methods, staffing, or equipment to improve productivity.
• Enforce company policies, work procedures, and jobsite safety requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, construction leadership, site engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Track construction progress and communicate field updates to construction leadership and clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including crew attendance and workforce records.
• Support contract documentation, including additions and deletions to contract terms, as required.
