In 2024, Asahi — brewers of Asahi Super Dry — acquired Octopi, making us the U.S. production home of Super Dry. Today, our 250+ person team of beverage industry pros keeps that same local, quality-first spirit alive at a state-of-the-art facility. Our Brewhouse team turns raw ingredients into the wort that becomes every batch we brew. THE OPPORTUNITY Our brewhouse keeps the entire brewing process moving — turning raw ingredients into finished wort that feeds every batch downstream. We're looking for a Brewhouse Brewer to help keep that process precise, efficient, and in spec. Requirements

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting 55 lbs / moving 165 lbs as needed
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
• Basic troubleshooting skills in a brewing or manufacturing setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts and prioritize shifting tasks

Nice To Haves

• 2–3 years of experience in a brewing environment
• Degree in Brewing Science/Technology

Responsibilities

• Learn, understand, and operate all brewhouse piping and equipment
• Execute efficient brewing operations from raw material intake to finished wort
• Own yeast propagation from start to finish
• Perform routine quality checks, basic maintenance, and CIP on brewhouse equipment and piping
• Keep accurate brewing logs and sanitation records every shift
