About The Position

ASAHI BEER USA | OCTOPI BREWING is seeking a Brewhouse Brewer (Hot Side) to join their team. This role is crucial as the brewhouse team turns raw ingredients into the wort that becomes every batch of beer brewed. The Brewhouse Brewer will ensure this process is precise, efficient, and in specification. This position offers the opportunity to own the first step of the brewing process, from raw material intake to finished wort, and includes direct ownership of yeast propagation. Requirements

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting 55 lbs / moving 165 lbs as needed
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
• Basic troubleshooting skills in a brewing or manufacturing setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts and prioritize shifting tasks

Nice To Haves

• 2–3 years of experience in a brewing environment
• Degree in Brewing Science/Technology

Responsibilities

• Learn, understand, and operate all brewhouse piping and equipment
• Execute efficient brewing operations from raw material intake to finished wort
• Own yeast propagation from start to finish
• Perform routine quality checks, basic maintenance, and CIP on brewhouse equipment and piping
• Keep accurate brewing logs and sanitation records every shift
