About The Position

The Women’s Imaging Center (WIC), a practice partner of Together Women’s Health, is seeking a fellowship-trained Radiologist (in Women’s, Breast or Body Imaging) to join our medical team. This is a highly desirable lifestyle position in Denver, CO, offering full-time employment with no call, no weekends, and no holidays. The Women’s Imaging Center has been a leader in breast imaging for over 20 years and is Colorado’s first and only imaging center designed to offer comprehensive imaging of the whole woman. Our 4 centers are located throughout the Greater Denver area and provide preventive screening, diagnostic imaging, minimally invasive breast biopsies, and other female imaging services. Our Radiologists are fellowship-trained and specialized in breast imaging. We are a patient-centric practice and a preferred referral site, resulting in a high-volume diagnostic and procedural schedule. We offer a unique clinical-based setting where hands-on patient care is practiced. Our highly trained and specialized care team works together to create an efficient and personalized experience for our patients.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from a US accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Valid board certification in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Fellowship trained in either Women’s Imaging, Breast Imaging or Body Imaging.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in 3-D mammography and breast MRI interpretation.
• Skilled in performance and interpretation of breast ultrasound.
• Skilled in performing mammographic, sonographic, stereotactic and MRI guided procedures.
• Compassionate bedside manner required for daily patient interaction.
• Team-player who thrives in fast-paced clinical environment.
• An active interest in promoting The Women’s Imaging Center and growing our practice.
