About The Position

Join Loyola Medicine as an Assistant Manager of Breast Imaging and play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mammography Technologist to step into a hands-on leadership position, where you will drive operational excellence, support a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional imaging services for our patients. You will help shape the future of breast imaging services while continuing to practice in a clinical capacity.

Requirements

• Radiologic Technology-Mammo Specific Degree
• Associate's degree or equivalent training acquired via work experience
• 3-5 years of previous job-related experience
• Expected to function as a "working manager"
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and decision-making skills
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) program
• ARRT (M) licensure
• CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) from American Heart Association only
• Illinois Emergency Management Agency Certification (IEMA)
• EPIC, PAC experience or equivalent
• Excel Proficient (intermediate) - Testing for proficiency maybe required

Nice To Haves

• 3-5 years Coordinator, Lead or Management experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• UKG scheduling or equivalent
