About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests during breakfast service, ensuring that all food items are prepared and presented to the highest standards. This role requires a passion for hospitality, an eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $10- $ 12 per hour plus tips. Future opportunities with AM banquet service are available.

Requirements

Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
Strong phone etiquette is beneficial for handling guest inquiries or reservations related to breakfast services.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in food handling or kitchen roles is preferred but not required.
Experience in guest services or hospitality will be considered an asset.
Familiarity with banquet-style service or meal preparation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
Prepare and present breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, in accordance with food safety standards.
Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing excellent customer service and addressing any dietary concerns.
Bus tables promptly after guests finish their meals to maintain a tidy dining area.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with all food handling and safety regulations throughout the breakfast service.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including meat-cutting tools when necessary.
Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with guests and team members to foster a welcoming environment.
