About The Position
Hilton Mystic is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Breakfast Line Cook (AM) to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of breakfast items, ensuring high quality and consistency to provide an exceptional guest experience. You will work early morning shifts to support our breakfast service, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment while adhering to food safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook or similar culinary role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of breakfast food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work early morning shifts reliably.
- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Food handler’s certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to Hilton Mystic’s recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and cooking stations.
- Monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure excellent guest service.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.
