About The Position

We're actively searching for a skilled Breakfast Line Cook. You'll be a vital part of our culinary team, dedicated to creating delicious morning meals that our guests love. Your role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting breakfast items to perfection. You'll ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients, manage your station efficiently, and collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth operation. Your attention to safety and hygiene standards is crucial, and your commitment to a harmonious work environment is key.

Requirements

Must be fluent in English and/or French and 18 years or older
2 + years of experience in a similar position
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Has an excellent understanding of time management
A positive and collaborative team player attitude
Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, overnight hours and holidays
Must have a valid Canadian working visa

Responsibilities

Adhere to prep lists and par levels
Understand POS generated orders
Execute dishes according to recipes in a timely manner and with the highest standards for quality
Respect health and safety procedures
Respect restocking par levels
Close and clean the station according to restaurant standards
Communicate effectively with colleagues and the chef
