The Breakfast Line Cook is responsible for preparing food items in accordance with production requirements, established guest service, and sustainability standards. This role involves ensuring consistent food quality, proper preparation and storage of food items, managing inventory, controlling food waste and costs, operating and cleaning kitchen tools and equipment, adhering to sustainability guidelines, and practicing safe work habits. The cook will also perform other duties as requested by management.
