About The Position

The Breakfast Host is responsible for breakfast service and ensuring guests have a quality dining experience. The role includes providing a safe, clean, and healthy environment, serving well-cooked food with pleasing presentation, and delivering excellent service. This is a breakfast-room position at a limited-service hotel, which does not have a full-service food and beverage restaurant. The Saturday schedule is 5:15 AM–11:00 AM. A food handler's card is required.

Ability to perform grasping, lifting, bending, squatting, and other physical labor; stand, sit, walk, reach overhead, and perform repetitive motions.
Ability to write, listen, and communicate effectively; visual acuity is required.
Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds consistently without assistance.
Ability to tolerate daily exposure to cleaning and other chemicals; the position may also involve exposure to allergens such as peanuts.
Must treat others with courtesy, dignity, and respect in the workplace.
