Summary of position: This position would be primarily responsible for setting up, maintaining and breaking down the breakfast buffet and for maintaining the breakfast dining area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• State Food Handlers required or ability to obtain one
• Must be able to work early mornings starting at 5am
• Flexible day shifts which may include weekends

Nice To Haves

• Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Setting up the breakfast buffet
