About The Position

Happy Daz is seeking an experienced breakfast cook. We have an immediate opening for a Grill Cook, working made-to-order breakfast and into our quick-service lunch shift. We offer a Monday-Friday schedule and shifts end by 4pm daily! Starting pay up to $16/hour, based on availability and experience.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations
• Comfortable switching pace between made-to-order breakfast and high-volume lunch service
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable work history
• Team-oriented attitude and ability to multitask under time constraints
• Must be at least 16 years old

Nice To Haves

• Grill cook experience a plus
• Made-to-order breakfast and quick-service lunch experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook made-to-order breakfast items on the grill, following our recipes and specifications
• Transition into quick-service lunch, working the grill and other stations as needed to keep pace
• Operate the grill and fryers safely and efficiently
• Set up, break down, and maintain a clean, organized prep and cook line
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace
• Properly store and handle food in accordance with food safety guidelines
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols throughout the kitchen
