About The Position

Ready to join a team that keeps things moving (and having fun)? Happy Daz in Elida is hiring Crew Members and Cashiers to run the register, cook great food, or both - no experience necessary, we'll train you from day one. Enjoy flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a fun, fast-paced team.

Requirements

• A friendly, guest-first attitude and team-first work ethic - experience is a plus, not a requirement
• Comfortable multitasking between the register and the kitchen
• Basic math and computer/POS skills
• Must be at least 16 years old

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, ring up orders accurately, and handle cash and card payments at the register
• Prepare and cook food to order, following our recipes and specifications
• Learn our food and beverage menu so you can answer questions with confidence
• Set up, break down, and maintain a clean, organized prep and cook area
• Operate, clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment
• Keep the dining room clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols throughout the restaurant
