About The Position
Crew Member / Cashier - Elida, OH Ready to join a team that keeps things moving (and having fun)? Happy Daz in Elida is hiring Crew Members and Cashiers to run the register, cook great food, or both - no experience necessary, we'll train you from day one. Enjoy flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a fun, fast-paced team.
Requirements
- A friendly, guest-first attitude and team-first work ethic - experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Comfortable multitasking between the register and the kitchen
- Basic math and computer/POS skills
- Must be at least 16 years old
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile, ring up orders accurately, and handle cash and card payments at the register
- Prepare and cook food to order, following our recipes and specifications
- Learn our food and beverage menu so you can answer questions with confidence
- Set up, break down, and maintain a clean, organized prep and cook area
- Operate, clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment
- Keep the dining room clean, stocked, and guest-ready
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols throughout the restaurant
