About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant provides fast, friendly, and efficient service by preparing and setting up breakfast and ensuring guests receive great service each morning. The role involves preparing food, maintaining clean and presentable kitchen, storage, and front-of-house areas, and helping guests throughout their visit. Food handling and service must comply with applicable health and safety standards. A pre-employment background check is required. Requirements

Experience as a server, busser, runner, host/hostess, or breakfast attendant.
Experience in hotels, restaurants, or related customer-service fields.
Certifications as required by federal, state, or local agencies.
Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Pre-employment background check required.

ServSafe certification.
TIPS certification.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and explain breakfast items using concise, descriptive language.
Listen and respond to guests’ needs.
Maintain kitchen, storage, and front-of-house areas in a clean and presentable manner.
Prepare breakfast items using standard recipes and kitchen equipment.
Inventory breakfast items and provide order requirements to the manager.
Receive deliveries, verify delivered items against paperwork, and report discrepancies to the driver and manager.
Maintain and prepare food items in accordance with local health department standards.
Engage guests throughout their visit in a friendly and caring manner.
Assist guests with requests as appropriate.
Comply with health and safety regulations.
