About The Position

Blue Flame Management is seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant for the Hampton Inn Dupont. This role involves managing breakfast bar inventory, monitoring expenses, maintaining guest relations and resolving complaints, setting up the breakfast bar, ensuring quality standards during service, restocking items, and performing tear-down and clean-up.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory by maintaining and ordering necessary supplies for a quality breakfast bar.
Monitor and maintain expenses related to the breakfast bar.

Set up the breakfast bar.
Maintain quality standards of the breakfast bar throughout breakfast hours.
Restock items as needed.
Complete tear-down and clean-up of the breakfast bar.
