About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing an orderly, clean, and enjoyable breakfast environment for guests. This role requires the ability to work with little supervision, maintain a high level of performance, and be customer-oriented and friendly. The position involves preparing food items, operating various kitchen equipment, and ensuring a safe and clean dining area according to Health Department requirements.

Requirements

Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Customer-oriented and friendly
Food Handlers Permit (Can be obtained once hired)
Prioritization and time management skills
Accountable and reliable
Strong teamwork mentality
Be available and able to work early morning hours
Able to communicate and answer guest questions/requests in English

Previous kitchen skills preferred

Responsibilities

Provide an orderly, clean, & enjoyable breakfast environment for guests
Prepare food items including fresh fruit, breads/pastries
Operate coffee & Cappuccino machines
Operate warm food chaffers
Coordinate and take direction from Breakfast Cook in serving and refilling menu items
Maintain and restock cold foods including yogurts, whipped toppings, milk, juices, etc
Clean and maintain a safe eating environment for the guests according to Health Department requirements
Adhere to the policies and procedures in the Company Policy Handbook
