About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for the success of the hotel's breakfast service and for meeting guest satisfaction and product quality standards. The role serves as a key point of reference for guests while preparing and serving made-to-order food and beverages in the hotel breakfast or reception area. The attendant also maintains the service space and ensures high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Perform well in stressful situations.
• Be approachable and readily available to guests while providing excellent guest service.
• Be able to stand for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble the breakfast service before mealtime and disassemble it afterward.
• Keep the breakfast service area well-stocked.
• Clear dishes from customers' tables.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors.
• Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors after each meal service.
• Provide guests with a positive experience while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
