About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant prepares, serves, and cleans up the hotel’s complimentary hot breakfast while creating a warm, comfortable, and relaxing environment for guests. The role supports positive experiences for guests and team members, maintains food safety standards and appropriate inventory and supply levels, and keeps the breakfast and lobby areas clean and organized. The attendant provides courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.

Requirements

• Ability to accurately inventory food items and calculate order levels.
• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and breakfast hours.
• Warm and friendly communication with guests to create a happy, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere.
• Ability to speak and understand written and verbal directions in English.
