About The Position
Upscale, boutique hotel seeking part-time Breakfast & Dinner Server. Our friendly, professional, energetic, and enthusiastic Servers greet hotel guests each morning during breakfast service and evening during dinner to start their day and end their evening by delivering the best five-star service!
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Pre-employment background check required
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Previous fine dining experience preferred
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Ability to interact with guests with all levels of fine dining and wine knowledge
- Ability to communicate professionally in person and on the phone at all times
- Ability to anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately
Responsibilities
- Greet and educate guest on Trump Winery, the Albemarle Estate menu, wine and Charlottesville tourism
- Serve breakfast from a la cart menu to guests in an expeditious and highly guest-oriented fashion
- Setup and breakdown of continental breakfast
- Respond well to guest questions regarding Trump Winery, Trump Winery entrees and cuisine, winemaking, and Albemarle Estate
- Clean, organize, and stock the kitchen, storage rooms, and restrooms
- Use POS system
