About The Position

We are a locally owned home care agency dedicated to helping seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are currently seeking compassionate CNAs and experienced caregivers to serve clients in the Oakboro and Albemarle areas. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships and making a positive impact in someone's daily life, we'd love to hear from you. As a member of our caregiving team, you will provide one-on-one support in a client's home, helping them maintain their independence while improving their quality of life.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification preferred (or comparable caregiving experience)
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with seniors or home care clients is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
• Mobility assistance and fall prevention support
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Companionship and social engagement
• Observing and reporting changes in client condition
