About The Position

As a Break Pack Sorter, you hand-sort reusable cardboard boxes by grade and help maintain a clean and safe working area. The role is based at 8230 Plummer Street, Building 3, Houston, TX 77029, and pays $16.00 per hour. The scheduled shift is Monday through Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. The work environment may include exposure to heat, cold, outdoor elements, and airborne particulates. The position requires repetitive bending, stooping, walking, turning, pivoting, and standing throughout shifts. Noise levels vary by location. Personal protective equipment is required, including eye protection, safety shoes, and ear protection at several locations. The job requires close, distance, and color vision. Employees regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 70 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• High degree of attention to avoid safety incidents.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.

• Previous experience in warehouse labor, general labor, construction, material handling, or material moving.

Responsibilities

• Hand-stack cardboard boxes onto designated pallets to the appropriate height.
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand.
• Examine products to verify they meet quality standards.
• Check that finished pallets are properly secured before moving them.
• Move pallets and materials in crates around the storage facility.
• Assist with coordinating trailer moves.
• Accurately complete production paperwork.
• Provide regular updates to the Shift Lead or On-Site Manager.
• Maintain Relogistics efficiency and production standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
