About The Position

This position is for a Bread/Batter Operator (G-3) on the 1st Shift. The role involves setting up and operating pre-dust, batter, and breading equipment, making necessary adjustments, and performing quality checks. The operator will also be responsible for data entry and tracking ingredient usage, while adhering to all safety and quality guidelines.

Requirements

• 3 months Operator experience within the last 12 months listed on the application (can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 3 months)
• Must provide a valid Social Security Number (SSN) for verification of previous Tyson employment history.

• Former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 180 calendar days.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate pre-dust, batter, and breading equipment.
• Adjust equipment settings as needed.
• Perform batter viscosity and breading pickup checks.
• Enter production data into Infinity.
• Record quantities of pre-dust, batter, and breading ingredients used.
• Follow GMP, SOP, and HACCP guidelines.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
