About The Position

This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. The operator is responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying the supervisor if machines require maintenance, all while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This role involves keeping breader/predust and batter machines at proper ingredient usage levels, maintaining a clean work area, assisting with line setup at the start of the shift, and aiding in the clean-up and sanitation of the line following USDA/TYSON guidelines. All other duties as assigned by the supervisor are also part of this role. Safety is paramount, and all team members are expected to follow safe work practices, including the use of personal protective equipment when required, and adhere to all sanitary procedures and policies.

Requirements

Candidate must have 6 months of continuous work history in 2 years.
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
